About Venkateswaran
My coaching has its roots in my own corporate career in Finance and Human Resources. I have worked in some very challenging situations in my career, and one of these was so stressful, I almost gave up. It was then that I came across 'inner work,' which was truly life-changing and made me grow into who I am today. I now help people who face challenges at work overcome them through deep-level coaching. I am a Chartered Accountant with an MBA in Marketing, and after working across various industries and geographies in leadership positions, I decided it was time to pursue my passion for Coaching. I have been coaching for seven years now. I believe that every person carries within them a deep reservoir of insight, wisdom, and potential. Once they make changes at the deeper levels, the outcomes they seek in their environment happen in due course. I also believe in the innate genius of each of my clients, and I hold the space for them to express themselves.
