Why we started

Coaching used to be invisible.

Good conversations happened, but nothing was captured: no path, no proof, no way to know if it worked. We started over with one idea. Growth should be visible, measurable, and something you want to come back to.

Why the walnut?

A walnut's folded, brain-like shell hides something worth the effort inside. Crack it open carefully and you find depth. That's what good coaching does.

Every session starts warm

Before each session the coach gets a 2-minute brief: what the coachee is working on, how their last check went and the one thing to pick up. After it, they mark it done and the next check goes out on its own.

    In-person workshops across India. We learned what worked, and what didn't.

    Stanford Seed recognised us. We rebuilt around one insight: coaching people enjoy is coaching that works.
