I am an ICF Master Certified Coach (ICF-MCC) with experience of over 3,000 hours of supporting mid to senior level executives and business owners to achieve success at work and lead a fulfilling life. I follows ICF core values and ethics of coaching; use a client centric, non-directive approach to coaching business leaders. I support them to increase their self-awareness, identify unconstructive thoughts and limiting beliefs – and turn them into positive ones. My coaching presence helps his clients to obtain clarity on their issues and challenges faced or goals to achieve. As their thinking partner, I help them obtain alternate views, reconfirm where they want to go, evaluate options and resources and decide on forward moving actions. My clients obtain greater degree of balance and purpose in their work and life – and take, positive and effective forward moving actions.
